Embark on a transformative journey of self-healing and energetic awakening. Reiki Level 1 is designed for anyone seeking to manage stress, enhance their well-being, and cultivate a deep, daily practice of self-care. This comprehensive 10-hour training includes official Level 1 attunements, a detailed manual and textbook, and supportive guidance for your mandatory daily practice between sessions.

Unlike many Reiki trainings that are completed over a single weekend, our program unfolds over two weekends, spaced one month apart, allowing you time to integrate what you learn into everyday life. Between training weekends, you'll commit to a 28-day self-Reiki practice, giving you the opportunity to experience Reiki rather than simply learn about it.

Throughout the training, you'll receive your Level I Reiki attunements, learn the traditional Usui Reiki teachings, and develop the confidence to offer Reiki to yourself and those closest to you.

This training emphasizes personal experience, reflection, and embodied practice. By the end of the program, you'll leave not only with a Reiki Level I Certificate, but with a meaningful foundation for lifelong self-care.

Why take this course? This training is perfect for seekers, caregivers, and individuals looking for natural ways to process emotions, reduce anxiety, and connect with their inner wisdom.
